Charges for Training Programs
To be able to fully utilize the system, your System Administrator & Key Users will need to trained on operating the functionalities of the modules under them. Not only does this increase their confidence in using the system, it also SHORTENED the familiarisation duration.

Training will be conducted using our Training Slides which covers (a) Terminology, (b) Theory, (c) Process Flow & (d) Interface explanation. The 4 sections will prep the users everything they need about the module. LASTLY, if time permits the HANDS-ON session will further enable the trainer to guide the participants.  
  • All training materials will be in softcopy and downloadable via our Support Site.

Activities
 for each Training Session 

Here are the things that will be happening on the training day, and we hope that client can follow the activities to achieve the intended results.

Training Day
  1. There are no limit to the number of people u can assign to the training session, our team will walk u thru on the Sales system.
  2. Should the staff have any request or enquiries, kindly have them note down on the paper, and ask after the training session (Q&A session).
  3. A Project delivery document will be given to you (with ID & Password), kindly sign, chop and pass back to our trainer in charge.

First 7 Days
  1. Check thru the system for your data (it can be a random check or a detail one).
  2. Check for any issues in your system. If there is, please raise that to the ticketing system.

Urgent Matters
  1. For any urgent matter that requires fixing immediate (for example, can't login), please use the Support Chat, someone will definitely be there to reply and attend to you.
  2. Should you feel that another training session is required, you can subsequently request from the Service Request system within the system (charges applies). **
